Moderation, logging, security, appeals, and utility commands.
Data We Process
- Discord IDs, usernames, server IDs, channel IDs, message IDs, role IDs, command metadata, timestamps, and moderation or configuration records needed for the bot features you use.
- Content you intentionally provide to commands, such as giveaway prizes, warning reasons, staff notes, embed text, configuration values, and data deletion request details.
- Operational records such as bot blacklist entries, heartbeat status, errors, and audit-style logs when a server enables those features.
How Data Is Used
- To run bot commands, keep server settings, enforce moderation and security workflows, generate giveaway results, and provide support.
- To investigate abuse, secure the bot, honor blacklists, and route data deletion requests to RoseTech staff.
- To maintain service reliability through logs, diagnostics, and uptime checks.
Deletion Requests
Use the bot data deletion command in Discord. The request is sent to a private RoseTech review channel with the bot name so staff can identify and remove applicable records.
Contact
For privacy, terms, or deletion questions, contact RoseTech support or use the in-bot deletion request command.
